Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. You are welcome to check in earlier and leave your luggage with us. We will do our best to prepare your room within the least possible time. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Complaints & Compliments

We kindly ask you to report any possible complaints to the reception immediately, allowing us to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will do what we can to remedy your complaint. Please share your compliments on the internet.


Credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.

Drinks

You can buy various drinks, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages.

Drugs

It is strictly forbidden to use drugs in the hotel. If you violate this rule, you won’t be welcome anymore as a hotel guest. You will have to check out without any right to compensation.


Emergency

In case of emergency, call the reception by pressing 9 on the phone. When unattended, please ring the doorbell at the front door. There is 24/7 a receptionist present in the hotel.

 

Escape routes and emergency exits

On the inside of your door you will find an emergency plan showing the possible escape routes. For your safety, we recommend that you read this information carefully.


Excursions & Museum visits

We are delighted to help you when booking excursions, and we can also give you information about actual offers/discounts. We also sell entrance tickets for several museums. Buying from us is a smart option if you want to avoid waiting in the queues. We do not charge any extra fees for these tickets.


Hair dryer

You can use the hair dryer in your room. You can find it in your closet on the top shelf.


Ironing

You can iron your clothing at the reception. We kindly help you to prepare the iron and ironing board for you.


Laundry

Within a few minutes’ walk from our hotel, you can wash or dry clean your clothing. Go to the reception for more information about these services.


Luggage

On the day of arrival and departure, you can store your luggage in our storage room at the reception desk.


Making a Restaurant reservation

We will kindly help you to book a restaurant of your choice. For recommendations please ask our reception staff.
 

Malfunctions

We kindly request you to report any possible malfunctions to the reception immediately, thereby allowing us to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

 

Medical help

If you need medical help, please inform the reception. If the reception is closed, you can ring the doorbell at the front door.


Parking

Amsterdam has a very strict paid parking policy. We recommend that you always pay the required parking fees.


Public Transport throughout the city

You can buy a ticket for public transport at the reception desk. (Credit card payment only). We can also book a taxi for you for a fixed price.

Reception open

The reception is open 24/7. Outside these hours, you can - in case of an emergency - ring at the front door.


Safe

You can open and close the safe by entering 4 digits of your choosing and press ‘enter’.


Safety

We will do anything to guarantee your safety during your stay with us. We kindly ask you to always ensure that the door is correctly closed when leaving the room. We do not accept any liability for missing or lost items, or any damage or injury.

 

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in our hotel (fine: €150). Leaning out of the window in order to smoke is not allowed.

toiletries

We sell several toiletries.


Towels

If you want clean towels during your stay, please leave the used towels on the bathroom floor. We actively contribute to a cleaner environment by avoiding the unnecessary washing of clean towels.


Transport to Schiphol airport

There are several ways to reach Schiphol, by taxi and public transport. Please obtain the relevant information at the reception on time so you can choose the most suitable way of travelling and to make a reservation if possible. Take into account leaving at least 2 hours before departure when booking a taxi and find out the service hours of the public transport on time.

Wake-up service

You can be woken up by phone and install the alarm by yourself. Dial 4444 and follow the instructions on your phone.

 

Water

Tap water in Amsterdam is safe to be consumed. The Netherlands (and particularly Amsterdam) is proud to have Europe’s cleanest tap water.
