Below are the terms and conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts stated are payable by you. These terms and conditions take precedence over the general terms and conditions.

Non-refundable rate
In the event of cancellation, a change to the booking or a no-show, the charges will be equal to the total price of the booking. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Standard rate
In the event of cancellation, a change to the booking or a no-show less than 48 hours before arrival, the charge will be equal to the total price of the booking.

Special terms and conditions for groups (3 rooms or more)
A group booking must always be paid for at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, changes or a no-show, the following charges apply:

• Between 0 and 7 days before arrival: 100%
• Between 8 and 21 days before arrival: 50%
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25%
